Do you AIM? We Do Too. And We AIM to Please.

Over 60 million individuals use AOL AIM. Gee, that's a LOT! Due to the high popularity of AIM, it continues to grow and has even progressed from PCs to hand-held wireless devices. Do you use AIM on your wireless device? Good!! We can help you receive or make Relay calls by AIM from your wireless device.

If you have a Blackberry, you can download the AIM program at www.blackberry.com/aim. There are several other good programs that run AIM smoothly. Although we do not recommend or endorse software programs, we have composed a list to save you time. Click here: www.sprintrelaysupport.com/extra/extra.html

To use SprintIP relay services through AIM, just add SprintIP to your buddy list. Yes, that's all folks! Need Help? Click here for Instructions.

To receive voice relay calls by AIM, you must register. How? Click SprintIP in the buddy window and a text box will open. At the bottom of the text window is a box where you type "Register" then hit the send key. You will get a reply that your registration is successfully completed. You are now OFFICIALLY registered to receive incoming voice calls. Easy, right?? Right!!! Need Help? Click here for Instructions.

For hearing callers to contact you, they need to call (877) 866-8057 (English) or (877) 866-8059 (Spanish). When they connect with a voice operator, all they do is request a call to the AIM screen name you already own. Try it; you'll love it.

Sprint is happy to provide "business cards" with all your contact information. Simply drop us an email at sprint.trscustserv@sprint.com.
